An IT technician, recently bought his dream home and wants a minimal yet modern design with efficient space utilization. Living with his parents, he desires a balance of aesthetics and functionality with a neutral color palette accented by bold effects. The living room will have sleek, clutter-free furniture, a wall-mounted entertainment unit, and statement lighting. The bedrooms will feature floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, smart lighting, and subtle textures for a cozy yet modern feel. The kitchen will include soft-close cabinets, and a preparation counter with extra storage. A highlight of the home will be a hidden bar counter in the balcony, designed with foldable panels, ambient lighting, and weather-resistant materials for hosting gatherings. Additional smart home features, ergonomic workspaces, and indoor greenery will enhance comfort and style.
